• Location: Dallas, TX • Type: Q Temps • Job #21067 General Liability Claims Adjuster (Temp-to-Hire Potential) located in office Dallas, TX We are seeking an experienced a GL Claims Adjuster to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity depending on business needs. This role will focus on handling advanced claims, including slip and falls – mostly direct deals, and attorney-represented cases, with minimal litigation. Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of complex claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Handle slip and fall cases and attorney-represented claims. • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and state regulations. • Work closely with legal teams, medical professionals, and other stakeholders as needed. • Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates on claim status. Qualifications • 3-5 years of claims adjusting experience, preferably with slip and falls and attorney-represented cases. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. • Experience handling low-litigation claims is a plus.
