About the position The Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative role involves managing financial transactions and providing excellent customer service in a banking environment. This is a contract position based in Phoenix, AZ, with a standard day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities • Manage all forms of financial accounts within the organization. , • Handle cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals. , • Provide customer service and assist customers with their banking needs. , • Reconcile daily deposit transactions and maintain accurate financial records. , • Analyze fiscal data and ensure compliance with bank standards and processes. , • Answer phone inquiries and provide information to customers. , • Maintain cash drawer and ensure accuracy in cash handling. Requirements • High school diploma or GED. , • Experience in customer service and cash handling. , • Basic math and computer skills. , • Excellent communication skills. , • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency. , • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. , • Knowledge of bank standards and processes.
