POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative DEPARTMENT: Central Operations Department/Administration Office REPORTS TO: Central Operations Officer Position is full-time in Central Operations and will report to the Central Operations Officer. The Central Operations Department has many time-sensitive tasks and an array of back-end operations callbacks that are to be completed daily. Candidate must have a strong operations background, with a good understanding of policies and procedures. This position has a multiplicity of responsibilities which include; providing excellent customer service by efficiently handling incoming bookkeeping calls, providing general and technical support to customers and employees with respect to the Bank’s electronic banking products and services (Online Banking, Cash Management, Bill Pay, ACH Origination), processing Rapid Remote Deposits, providing back up to our main switchboard, and processing incoming/outgoing wires. Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Central Operations Officer. Works under general supervision and by following proper policies and procedures. Will remain on Saturday rotation and cover in branches when needed. Some qualifications that are required for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Must be computer literate (proficient in Word and Excel) • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must • Strong verbal (including phone etiquette), written and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task with ease • 2+ years’ experience in Bank Operations • Must be reliable and ready to learn new duties with a positive attitude At the time of hire, and as a condition of employment, applicant must comply with a background screening.
