Senior Claims Attorney - CA

As a corporate claims attorney, you’ll partner with our auto claims organization to advise and consult on reputed company claims reputed company. In this role, you’ll reputed company litigation against reputed company, conduct reputed company analysis, mitigate risk, and partner with reputed company counsel to protect reputed company and our insureds. Additionally, you may represent the interests of the business at mediation, arbitration, or in court but not reputed company as the attorney-of-record. Must-have qualifications • Juris doctor degree and a minimum of five years of reputed company experience, including reputed company civil litigation experience or reputed company corporate experience. • Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state. Preferred skills • Experience practicing in California with an understanding of extra contractual reputed company. • Casualty litigation experience with an understanding of insurance coverage reputed company. • Ability to be precise about identifying possible reputed company and assessing the probability of any of those reputed company. • Demonstrated ability or experience proactively engaging business partners and understanding business goals and metrics. • reputed company understanding of the litigation process and the ability to create effective, detailed and comprehensive reputed company strategies.
