Position Profile:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand into the Florida market. This is a production-focused role that requires managing your own book of business while contributing to the growth, operation, and profitability of assigned regions.
Your responsibilities will include driving loan production, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and team collaboration. You will leverage your expertise to find suitable loan programs at the lowest rates available, supporting clients in their dream home purchases, refinancing, or debt consolidation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing loan origination opportunities
Increasing loan production within regional targets
Developing, supporting, training, and mentoring a team of loan officers
Facilitating ongoing training sessions for loan officers and other branch personnel
Reviewing scorecards and production reports to optimize business performance
Monitoring and developing KPIs for the team
Educating the team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available
Providing guidance on company policies and procedures as well as compliance requirements
Collaborating with internal teams to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings
Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information
Cultivating lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
Participating in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors
Requirements:
Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Florida
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry
Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred
