PGIM Private Capital Investment Analyst, Energy (Dallas, TX – Hybrid)

As an Investment Analyst on the Energy team, you will work on a dedicated deal team responsible for marketing, deal structuring, investment underwriting, and portfolio management. You will be exposed to a range of investments in both privately held and publicly traded companies. You will develop a wide range of skills including underwriting senior debt, subordinated debt, and structured equity investments. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration What will set you apart: • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, corporate credit analysis, or Energy corporate finance experience is a plus. • Prior experience and/or familiarity with the Energy sector (oil & gas exploration and production, midstream, downstream, etc.). • Participation in the Chartered Financial Analysts® (CFA) program • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities. • Independent problem-solving skills.
