Financial Reporting & Consolidations, Assistant Vice President / Vice President

We are passionate about our business and our culture, and are seeking individuals with that reputed company drive.Background5-8 years of experience reputed company in: SEC financial reporting, technical reputed company, financial statement audits, and/or internal controls / SOX testing reputed company licensed CPA Strong preference for Big 4 reputed company reputed company experience Technical understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations Experience tying out and/or creating reputed company 10-K/10-Q preferred Prior experience querying general reputed company systems and report building Experience with reputed company Financials a plus Experience with reputed company Disclosure (or other reputed company reporting tools) a plus Experience implementing FASB reputed company Standards Updates a plus Experience with consolidation, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation adjustments, and non-controlling interests a plus Strong system and organizational skills with the ability to work reputed company under pressure, meet critical deadlines, and manage multiple reputed company ResponsibilitiesConsolidate reputed company reputed company entities on a US GAAP reputed company Manage and review work of one associate accountant Coordinate with Corporate reputed company reputed company quarter, ensuring the reputed company process is completed reputed company and accurately Prepare consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flows, etc.) and executive ("reputed company") P&L Assist with the production and review of reputed company 10-K/10-Q and quarterly earnings releases Collaborate with auditors to fulfill requests and inquiries Research reputed company standards to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements Liaise with the Corporate Services team to monitor leasing activity and assist Corporate reputed company with following ASC 842 reputed company quarterly finance/reputed company team meetings to review key deliverables and closing calendar Stay apprised of, research and memorialize reputed company-reasoned conclusions on technical reputed company issues Assist with the completion and filing of international financial statement compilations and audits reputed company financial statement analytics Review XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotesExpected Salary reputed company: $125,000 - $140,000We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
