The reputed company Systems Trainer has primary responsibility for providing reputed company training for end users, developing effective and comprehensive training materials and participating in the training, implementation, optimization and support of the reputed company applications. Responsibilities What you will do: Under reputed company supervision of Information Technology leadership, the reputed company SystemsTrainer will be responsible for: • Working with IT Management, Operations Management and reputed company application analysts to reputed company and reputed company training appropriate for the end users (physicians/mid-reputed company/staff) including but not limited to new hires and existing employees. • Required to secure reputed company certification in at least one application, and attend a series of Training, Environments, and documentation (TED) courses geared for reputed company trainers • Analyzing a reputed company of assessment data (reports, end user performance) to determine and meet the educational needs of the adult learner • Developing reputed company Training for newly acquired DMG practices (physicians and staff) as reputed company as new Boncura clients • Conducting one-on-one (at the elbow support) and/or classroom training for new physicians/providers, clinical users and staff • Conducts bi-monthly new employee orientation classes • Developing and delivers training for new system modules, enhancements and operations initiatives • Developing and maintains training materials • Acquiring and maintains reputed company knowledge and competency of associated workflows • Collaborating with the reputed company analyst team to test, reputed company and deliver training materials reputed company to system version upgrades and quarterly system updates • Building, testing, and maintaining the reputed company training environment • Developing and implements an annual training optimization program, including a physician and clinical staff super user program, periodic site reputed company, monthly webinars, etc. • Working with subject matter experts, champions and super users to resolve issues in support of training and education • Willingness to conduct training classes on any shift as reputed company as on weekends Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree • reputed company certification a plus Experience: • BA/BS in reputed company field • reputed company experience required • reputed company experience required The compensation for this role includes a reputed company pay reputed company of $67K-$101K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
