Home Equity Loan Closer

Job reputed company Rockland Trust is seeking a Home Equity Loan Closer to join reputed company in the Middleboro Office! This position is responsible for the accurate and reputed company completion of home equity line and home loan closing packages and reputed company other associated loan closing documents processed through the business unit. The jobholder must be detail oriented with an ability to prioritize and multi-task. Completing closings includes, property title review, gathering closing conditions, managing and monitoring a closing calendar and reputed company concise communication with reputed company customers. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations • Maintain, manage and monitor a working queue and pipeline • Work closely with Retail reputed company and other business reputed company to reputed company product, workflow, process and technology guidance to ensure an exemplary customer experience • Create accurate closing packages, disclosures and modifications reputed company regulatory timeframes • Assist with post-closing review of completed closing packages and resolve any issues or deficiencies • Schedule home equity line/ loan closings with customers/branches and update/maintain the home equity shared closing calendar • Review and monitor home equity closing reports to ensure reputed company files are scheduled to reputed company in a reputed company manner • reputed company and maintain relationships with vendors and business partners • Review and approve various reputed company documents and processes reputed company to loan closings • reputed company a detailed analysis of the completed title/vesting reports to ensure a secure lien on the collateral property. • Assist in other areas of department reputed company necessary Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, reputed company staff and coworkers • Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment • reputed company to follow reputed company procedure/process documents • Must be detail oriented, organized and must be reputed company to reputed company pace with a busy, fast pace environment • Must have knowledge in regulations pertaining to residential and consumer lending including, TRID, FLOOD, and HMDA • Must have knowledge and experience using various banking technologies Qualifications/Required Experience • Prior Loan Closing/Processing or Lending experience required • Must have an understanding of home equity and consumer products, documentation and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company and SharePoint, reputed company and lending platform technology • Job holder must attend 2-3 month in-office training.
