Senior Software Implementation Engineer
The Senior Software Implementation Engineer is responsible for the technical configuration of the reputed company banking product and the conversion of data into the platform. This role involves consulting with clients on technical components from implementation reputed company through production launch and providing custom solutions using reputed companyâs SDK. The ideal candidate will bring a strong software technical background, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues effectively.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:
Configure the digital banking product during and after implementation to meet reputed company needs.
Serve as a technical advisor to clients and internal services teams throughout the implementation process.
Collaborate with development, services, product, and support teams as part of cross-functional efforts.
Create implementation documentation and task lists for digital banking features.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Advanced implementation or development experience in digital banking or financial services.

Proficiency with microservice architecture.
Strong experience using relational databases, including SQL.
Proficiency with agile project management tools, such as JIRA.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve, and work independently in high-pressure environments.
Experience leading requirement-gathering meetings and providing estimates for custom requests.

Education:
