We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Operations Specialist to help optimize technology, automate processes, and enhance reporting—empowering our Customer Experience (CX) team to be more efficient and effective. In this role you will be responsible for:

Customer Support

- Own contract processes and contract data entry for both Sales and CX.

- Experience managing and optimizing reputed company (CRM) is required. Familiarity with other tools such as Looker Studio and reputed company is a plus.

- Comfortable working across multiple teams and communicating with various stakeholders.
