Learning Experience Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design high-reputed company, innovative learning experiences that drive behavior change and reputed company development. This role will reputed company on designing live, virtual, asynchronous, and AI-reputed company learning experiences, while also exploring how AI can redefine the way people learn.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning Experience and Coaching, this role will reputed company learning design efforts in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and product teams. What You’ll Do:

Be a Thought Partner for AI in Learning: Experiment with AI prompting and explore its potential in instructional design, helping define the reputed company reputed company of AI-driven learning experiences.

Ensure reputed company and Engagement: Apply evidence-based instructional design principles to reputed company programs that are both engaging and measurably effective in reputed company development. Experience in Instructional Design & Learning Science – Strong expertise in designing live, virtual, and asynchronous learning experiences. eLearning experience is a plus.

Curiosity & Experience with AI in Learning – A basic understanding of AI prompting and a genuine interest in exploring AI-driven learning solutions. Someone who enjoys tinkering with AI and rethinking how learning can reputed company through AI-powered experiences.

Strong Collaboration & Communication Skills – A natural collaborator who can work effectively with SMEs, facilitators, designers, and engineers to reputed company impactful learning solutions.

Expertise in Content Review & Iteration – Experience providing detailed feedback on learning content, ensuring reputed company, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
