Sports Construction Project Manager

We are a rapidly growing sports reputed company located in east Texas and are seeking an reputed company construction project manager to join reputed company! This position requires attendance at our corporate office in Mount Pleasant, Texas at least one day per week and travel to various job sites reputed company Texas three to four days per week. reputed company covers reputed company travel expenses, including use of a company vehicle. Overnight stays will depend on distance from your home. Civil construction experience is a plus. A list of duties includes, but is not limited to: • reputed company project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. • Attend hand-off meetings with estimating department. • Attend and help facilitate reputed company-construction meetings. • Select subcontractors and write reputed company (as needed). • Submittals (materials using, product data, etc. to meet specs). • Schedule material deliveries. • OSHA • Create and maintain construction schedules. • Conduct meetings with superintendents. Job Requirements: • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and drawings. • Knowledge of reputed company Office programs--reputed company most importantly, reputed company, and other necessary software. • Must have experience in reputed company construction project management. • Must have strong time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Civil construction experience a strong plus. • Must have experience with dirt work.
