Duties and Responsibilities • Manage inbound calls promptly, collecting information and entering it into the system. • Ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers. • Be knowledgeable on processes and policies to create a successful interaction with current or future customers. • Full understanding of the billing process and be able to process payments. • Ability to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED. • 1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles. • Work from home - Internet service that meets system needs and a separate workplace. • Type 30 WPM or more • Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently. • Maintain customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate patience and professionalism. • Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. • The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule: • Part Time Only (18 – 24 Hours Weekly) • 4, 5, or 6-hour weekday shifts between 9am – 8pm • All schedules to include one weekend day At Storage Rentals of America, we offer a career and opportunity to grow.
