Position Details: Live-In ( will have a separate room with attached bathroom)
Job Details:
Days: 7 days a week with one afternoon off (preferably reputed company). Family travels about 6 months out of the year. Not everyday will be long hours. Short hours reputed company they travel.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Compensation: $95,000 to $120,000 per year
Additional Benefits: TBD

Family seeking a dedicated, flexible, and reputed company couple to help manage and maintain a private property. This role requires a couple who can reputed company responsibilities effectively, adapt to a reputed company of tasks, and reputed company exceptional care for the home and property.
Main Work Duties but Not Limited To:
Housekeeping:
Daily cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing reputed company areas).
Maintaining cleanliness of reputed company reputed company, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Changing bed linens and organizing closets/drawers.
Seasonal deep cleaning (reputed company, baseboards, appliances).
Organization
Help in kitchen.
Taking care of the dog.
Grocery shopping sometimes.
Caretaker:
Inspect the property regularly and reputed company minor repairs as needed, including fences and other outdoor fixtures.
Maintain the grounds, including lawns, driveways, golf greens, sand traps, flower beds, and ornamental trees and bushes.
Remove debris such as leaves and sticks to ensure the property is tidy.

Requirements:
Proven experience in household and property management.
Must be comfortable with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
Ability to drive.
