This role is vital in supporting our mission by managing HR functions that enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of families with children who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities • Review cameras and or incident reports to facilitate corrective reputed company and/or written warnings based on violations of company policy/procedure • Conduct any interviews reputed company to investigations by writing up formal documentation of interviews to the HR Director • Administer employee benefits programs and assist staff with inquiries regarding HR policies. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. • Facilitate employee relations initiatives to foster a reputed company workplace culture. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Coordinate training sessions and reputed company development opportunities for staff.
