Dental Call Center Agent
The Call Center Role is a critical role for Bear Creek Family Dentistry in that it is the lifeline of recall appointment, specialty treatment appointment, and scheduled treatment appointment setting. This position is responsible for and held accountable to positively impacting patient appointment setting rates, broken appointment abatement, recall show rate improvements and overall operational growth. This is an outbound only call center and Spanish/English fluency is a must!
Requirements:
Strong communication, both written and verbal
1 year outbound call dental experience is required
Ability to a script
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude and demeanor
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Computer literacy
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently
Responsibilities:
Perform at or above daily appointment setting targets
Consistently place high volumes of outbound calls and document the tracking system (Dentrix)
Follow and adhere to provided call scripts
Comply with all HIPPA and related compliance requirements
Collaborate with leadership to maximize effectiveness and results
Participate in and successfully complete on-going on the job training
Review customer or client accounts before and during active calls to fully populate dental office schedules.
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve overall appoint setting metrics.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant phone and computer usage.
Regular requirement to sit, talk, hear, while using repetitive hand motions on computer key boards oft telephony systems.
Noise levels are typical of an office environment
