Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. • Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly. • Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to support overall operations. • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning processes. Qualifications • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights. • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials is beneficial. • A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and sanitation practices.
