Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Medical Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package and benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in medical billing. Responsibilities: • Review and process medical claims for accuracy and completeness in compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines • Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility • Submit and follow-up on claims to ensure reputed company payment • Resolve billing discrepancies and denials • Maintain patient records and billing information in electronic medical record (EMR) system • Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and reputed company providers regarding billing inquiries and issues • Stay up-to-date on changes in medical billing and coding regulations and guidelines Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in medical billing and coding • Knowledge of ICD-10 & CPT coding (vascular & general surgery specialty is a plus!) • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medi-Cal, HMO, PPO, & Worker's Compensation billing and documentation • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in reputed company Office and EMR systems If you are a results-driven, detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply. reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
