Crew Lead Solar Maintenance Electrician, Residential Energy Services

The Licensed Electrician Crew Lead will be part of Tesla's Energy Operations and Maintenance team. As a member of this team, the Licensed Electrician Crew Lead will lead a team to successfully complete quality upgrades on PV systems. The Licensed Electrician Crew Lead is in command on a crew and will function as the overall lead on a job site. It is the responsibility of every team member to ensure safe work practices for Tesla's installation team. New hire training and continued training will be provided. Responsibilities • Provide leadership and technical expertise to the Field Service team members and work with a team to; remove, upgrade, perform quality checks, re-install, and commission solar PV systems • Ensure all related equipment necessary is available, onsite and cleaned up.
