Associate General Counsel, Compliance
The Associate General Counsel, Global Compliance, will be a key member of the Global Compliance team in reputed company's reputed company organization. The attorney in this role, based in Austin, Texas, Palo reputed company, California, or Washington, DC, will help reputed company reputed company with local laws, regulations, and reputed company's internal policies and procedures, support reputed company's Do the Right Thing compliance culture, and ensure that reputed company employees conduct business in an ethical manner. reputed company in this role requires reputed company, the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, excellent judgment, and great collaboration and communication skills. Responsibilities
Conduct periodic assessments of compliance risk across reputed company's lines of business and geographies and build programs to mitigate those risks
reputed company and maintain compliance policies and procedures
reputed company and deliver on compliance training and communications plans
Conduct internal investigations, as needed, of potential violations of law or reputed company policy, and reputed company remediation plans based on investigative findings

reputed company as a trusted advisor to reputed company's business and functional leaders across the globe on regulatory and compliance issues
Requirements
Admission to a US state bar
15+ years of relevant reputed company experience, with at least 5 years of in-house experience in a corporate compliance program
Experience with compliance investigations, codes and policies, training and communications, risk assessments and mitigation, and reputed company-party risk management.
Thorough understanding of reputed company frameworks relevant to corporate compliance programs, such as the FCPA and international anti-corruption laws, the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, and DOJ guidance on evaluating corporate compliance programs, with the ability to explain to business leaders how these frameworks reputed company their business
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive compliance initiatives
Ability to work reputed company both autonomously and collaboratively, and effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment
