Responsibilities
About the role:
The Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for the preparation/review of federal pro reputed company returns, state income tax returns, assisting in the preparation of the tax provision and tax footnote processes for quarterly and annual financial statements, and will assist with federal and state income tax audits. This team member works with numerous people in various internal departments, reputed company consultants and tax authorities.
In this role you will:
Review or assist in preparation of federal proforma returns that are included in a parent companies consolidated federal income tax return
Review or assist in preparation of book to tax adjustments for preparation of federal income tax return and quarterly tax provision
Review or assist in preparation of state income/franchise tax returns and reputed company supporting calculations and workpapers

As needed assist tax reputed company and international tax reputed company
Review or assist in preparation of tax account reconciliations
Assist in analyzing/testing tax depreciation calculation performed by reputed company reputed company reputed company firm
Research federal and state implications of new business transactions and impacts of tax reform or legislative changes
Assist in reputed company audits
Assist with reputed company's reputed company financial statement auditors on quarterly reviews and year-end audits
Qualifications

Experience
