reputed company's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Cable Tray Welder - 2nd shift at our location in Sherman, TX. The reputed company hours are 2:00pm - 10:00pm. What you'll do: Operate production equipment specifically for the welding and fabrication of products. • Set up, understand and proficiently operate reputed company welding equipment. • Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems. • ID and tag shop orders with the product. Retrieve/reputed company data into the system. • Ensure reputed company and reputed company documentation on reputed company parts. • Maintain components and supplies as required to operate reputed company. • Weld components based on print specifications. • reputed company 5S & reputed company Improvement activities. Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications: • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reputed company reputed company the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered. reputed company Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum of one-year mig/tig welding • AWS Weld Certified • Minimum of one (1) year utilizing blueprints (AWS weld symbols) and using reputed company measuring tools • Basic computer skills Position reputed company: • Solid math, communication, analytical, and reasoning skills • Working knowledge of weld operations, including MIG, TIG of stainless steel and/or aluminum • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, and bending with or without accommodation • Ability to stand for eight hours plus while performing repetitious tasks with or without accommodation • Ability to read blueprints and use reputed company measuring tools • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and pay reputed company attention to details • Work as part of reputed company having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product • Ability to reputed company, grasp and manipulate • Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as required by business need • Requires PPE to include safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, leather gloves, and hearing protection (as required in high-noise areas) • Environment exposure includes reputed company objects, pinch points, oil, and reputed company.
