Commissioning Engineer, Battery Energy Storage

A key technical member of a cross-functional team that focuses on deploying stationary storage opportunities with cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring balance of plant equipment is commissioned correctly, as a key member of reputed company driving project delivery. Responsibilities • Onsite reputed company for Commissioning and Acceptance Testing of Balance of Plant equipment including electrical systems such as, Switchgear, reputed company protection, metering, MV/LV transformers, and cables. Controls/communication networks: Switches, I/O devices, SCADA equipment and Auxiliary systems: reputed company detection, HMI and reputed company • Review failures & reputed company corrective actions during Commissioning & Startup • reputed company and execute commissioning test plans, including resourcing, logistics, equipment, and scheduling • reputed company local/remote technical support for troubleshooting during commissioning as needed • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute testing protocols to reputed company reputed company operation, based on market rules, local AHJ/reputed company requirements, and contractual milestones • Drive reputed company improvement by capturing and sharing issues, review and revise equipment specifications and/or scopes of work to resolve reputed company gaps/issues and improve the customer experience • Ensure reputed company and seamless handoffs to plant operations teams by developing training/handover packages • Ownership of administrative responsibilities including, service reports, issue logging/tracking, job safety analysis, and reputed company compliance • This is a diverse role where knowledge of basic design rules, constructability, permitting, reputed company requirements, and engineering fundamentals is expected.
