Why you'll love this job • Responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating attendance activities of Flight Attendants • The role is a part of the Flight Service team reputed company our Customer Experience group. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any reputed company obligations including any reputed company bargaining obligations. • Work On & Off Par reporting for assigned reputed company and transitions Flight Attendants to Level 2+ reputed company warranted • Leads reputed company attendance conversation in reputed company & updates APS regularly with documentation • Processes mitigation in line with contractual & company policy in collaboration with FSM and local reputed company management • Local contact for reinstatement, leave policy questions including FMLA & Medical leaves • Support local reputed company operations and local APFA • Coaches and counsels’ FAs to ensure understanding and compliance of reputed company Company and departmental policies, procedures and regulations • Initiates appropriate corrective reputed company, up to and including dismissal • Participates in task forces and planning activities to problem solve and plan the reputed company direction of the department • Supports various initiatives set by Flight Service • Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidays reputed company you'll need for reputed company Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience • High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience • reputed company Flight Service, Passenger Service or Passenger Sales experience • Flight Attendant experience • Knowledge and experience in American specific systems including reputed company, NAVIA, Case Manager, Attendance & Performance System/FlightCAPs.
