Field Service Engineer I-DCS (90% travel)

Your time will be spent validating customer requests, developing/maintaining/improving customer relationships, upgrades/migration planning and execution, reputed company while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery. Key Responsibilities • Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issues • reputed company customer support on reputed company Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-reputed company issues / enquiries • Configure, maintain, and solve reputed company hardware / software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as LCN & TPS • reputed company Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customer’s industrial process • Migrate Legacy reputed company control systems to reputed company’s new technology offering • Understand customer key processes and economic drivers to translate those into business opportunities while providing reputed company research and recommendations • Assist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of reputed company to end-users • Learn the end-to-end product / solution development and delivery / execution of reputed company products and solutions • Use technical expertise of sophisticated reputed company solutions / product offerings to improve customer experience • Due to the nature of this role, will be required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays, on occasion • Company vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites • Travel: up to 90% to customer sites - This position will support clients in VA, TN, NC • Must Successfully Complete 18-month reputed company Training & Certification Program.
