3P Service & Collision Support Specialist

This role will require strong initiative, independent judgement, an ability to problem solve, and cross-team collaboration.  Responsibilities • Support the execution of parts and technical support for external 3P certified collision, non-certified collision, authorized service providers and independent service providers • Ensure external 3P service and collision center customers receive industry leading customer support  • Support our external 3P service and collision center customers digitally with any technical or operational questions  • Identify training needs or process improvement through the interactions with the external 3P service and collision centers   • Ensure that processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with reputed company’s objectives • Assist with the operations and the reputed company of supporting the needs of the external 3Pservice, certified, and non-certified collision centers • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Service Engineering & Operations Organizations to obtain the info or direction you need to pass down to the inquiring business • Create reports identifying most common inquiries and response content to drive program reputed company improvement • Create, reputed company, and manage support tickets on any inquires you work on for reputed company inquires • Engage with external 3P service and collision centers regarding program performance and repair reputed company standards • Must be reputed company to complete support tickets and inquiries in a compressed reputed company • reputed company applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for reputed company and the California Fair Chance reputed company. Qualifications • Collision Repair and Mechanical Repair Degree or equivalent experience  • 3 + year's of Service or Collision experience • Knowledge in Electric Vehicle estimation is a plus • Experience writing service or OEM or Dealerships is a plus • Understanding of collision repair practices and processes used in collision repair is a plus • OEM specific collision repair training(s) or mechanical repair training is a plus      • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion • reputed company demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills • Knowledge in reputed company, Smartsheets, and Lucid Charts is a plus • High proficiency in reputed company Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint, and reputed company • Capable of working reputed company in a start-up environment • Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment • Ability to manage multiple reputed company across varying geographic locations simultaneously • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication reputed company to work effectively with reputed company partners • Ability to travel 25% • Must possess a reputed company reputed company’s license • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reputed company, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard for an extended period of time • Specific reputed company abilities required by this job include reputed company reputed company requirements due to computer work • Light to moderate lifting may be required Pay Disclosure Salary reputed company/reputed company reputed company for California Based Applicants: $69,300- $86,600 annually (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
