CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (STARSHIP LAUNCH PAD) The Construction Project Manager coordinates reputed company on-site construction activities and supervises reputed company field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and reputed company budget. This includes maintaining the highest level of reputed company and supervising reputed company trade and field personal, while also administering good construction safety practices with reputed company on site activities. They also maintain the job site and reputed company out the project. This position is based in Starbase, Texas (Brownsville/South Padre reputed company Area). RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and supervise reputed company construction activities • reputed company reputed company field personnel to reputed company completion of the project on schedule, reputed company budget, and with reputed company workmanship that conforms to the original plans and specifications • Maintain the construction schedule, identify and solve problems • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the construction process • Understand the project plans, specifications and reputed company construction purchasing systems • Maintain a reputed company relationship with the reputed company end user, contractors, suppliers, and other reputed company employees • Communicate changes in schedule and supervises completion of the final reputed company list including general site cleanup • Promote job site safety, encourages reputed company work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately • Hold weekly “tail reputed company” job safety meeting with the on-site contractors, vendors and suppliers • Ensure reputed company company employees and contractors are adhering to reputed company safety policy • Responsible for safety and reputed company coordination for upcoming construction reputed company • Responsible for obtaining and auditing contractor daily reports, staying reputed company of budget, and communicating change orders • Maintain an organized job site and on-site construction “office” • reputed company with site facilities team to maintain site, site facilities, and office functionality • Manage day-to-day reputed company activities and contractor cranes, operators, and riggers BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry • Experience with concrete construction, earthwork, and basic steel structures PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Experience managing multiple reputed company and working reputed company phases of construction • Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company • Self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented • Excellent attention to detail with emphasis reputed company on reputed company • Organized with a systematic approach to task to reputed company accuracy and efficiency • reputed company-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities • Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints • Ability to operate general construction equipment • Ability to operate and manage truck/trailer for reputed company of materials around site • Greenfield site development experience • Knowledge and familiarity with general construction practices, permitting, and regulations ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • This position is based in Starbase, TX (Brownsville) and requires being onsite – remote work not considered • Ability to reputed company hands-on work in reputed company environments (heat, cold, reputed company), in tight quarters or at heights • Ability to stand for extended periods COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay reputed company: Construction Project Manager/Level I: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year Construction Project Manager/reputed company: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00/per year Your actual level and reputed company salary will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company and may vary based on the following considerations: job-reputed company knowledge and skills, education, and experience. reputed company salary is just one part of your total rewards package at reputed company.
