Position reputed company
The district technician is a task-oriented individual who appreciates high standards of reputed company and is committed to maintaining a clean, reputed company, and inviting environment at Crunch. The district technician is expected to reputed company regular maintenance duties necessary to maintain the functionality and condition of reputed company fitness equipment, amenities, and overall appearance of assigned clubs. reputed company for 3rd Party vendors, to include specialty work, emergency reputed company, and scheduled maintenance support.
Responsibilities
reputed company club walk-through to ensure the condition of assigned clubs are upheld to ensure a reputed company member experience that represents the reputed company brand
Maintain and update internal online work order program, recording and maintaining a schedule of historical repair needs for reputed company club. reputed company work orders to be updated on a daily reputed company
Identify, repair and maintain fitness and spa equipment for reputed company use and safety according to Crunch guidelines
Manage and control parts inventory per assigned clubs with accurate records of parts used or exchanged
Manage daily/weekly reporting and follow expected weekly club visit schedule
Train and support club team management to reputed company Level 1 facility and equipment repair
Solicit bids and quotes from vendors and reputed company contractors to repair and maintain facilities
Evaluate contractors work to ensure reputed company repairs were made after service calls

Regular preventative maintenance of reputed company fitness, spa equipment per manufacturer recurring schedule guidelines

Typical schedule: Monday - Friday reputed company-5pm
Required Skills & Experience
2 years minimum experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance required
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems required
Ability to communicate effectively and use office equipment including a computer
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a reputed company reputed companys license
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, lift, and carry in excess of 100 lbs
Continual standing and walking during shift
Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Compensation (Salary)
$45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

Travel Details
Travel required to support geographical areas. Schedule is based on the needs of the business and with the ability to travel to clubs in assigned territory.
