DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible for Exception Handler /Invoice Manger approving in My Florida Market reputed company (MFMP) payments of invoices, audit of invoices and purchase orders. The position will review and process the electronic invoices submitted from a vendor through MFMP. reputed company audits on invoice in MFMP to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable statutes and departmental policies and procedures. Verifies purchase order information against order received and supporting documentation. Ensures that invoices are approved reputed company 5 business days once received in MFMP/AOD. Contact staff reputed company necessary to ensure the following information are in AOD for reputed company purchase received: acknowledgment of receipt, invoice information, purchase order and certification statement. Assist staff with compiling and uploading voucher schedules and supporting documentation for invoices. Serves as the final approver for the voucher reputed company daily. Ensure payments on the reputed company are coded correctly and verify transaction date for compliance. Assists in the management of the certification reputed company process for the Department.
