Responsible for monitoring reputed company areas of the Project to ensure reputed company customer service across reputed company interaction channels. ? Utilizes information from the monitoring assessments to recognize staff with high reputed company scores, recommends remedial training for staff with low scores. ? Identifies trends reputed company the Project and identifies operational deficiencies. Requirements: ? Minimum of two years' experience in Customer Service reputed company with previous reputed company assurance experience. ? Prior experience as a mentor, reputed company, or trainer preferred. ? Knowledge of DHS Programs and operations preferred. ? Multi-task oriented individual reputed company to assess situations quickly; problem-solver. ?
