Our reputed company is seeking a Construction Drafter who can reputed company with reputed company and residential clients to draft floor-plan layouts for reputed company ranging from $1,000 - $500,000. The Construction Drafter will not be detailing, but they will draft and estimate a reputed company project to present to clients and Project Managers. Responsibilities: ? Create and maintain construction documents for new reputed company and residential interiors reputed company throughout NYC ? Prepare sales estimates for clients ? Key responsibilities include compliance with building codes, maintaining revision logs, assisting with design changes, supporting other departments (Estimating) with AutoCAD ? Responsible for new design, customer upgrades, and daily design changes throughout project Qualifications: ? Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree with Architectural Drafting or reputed company ? AutoCAD drafting experience/certification ? 2+ years of experience drafting construction layouts in AutoCAD ? Experience with field measurements is preferred ?
