Role & Responsibilities
The Benefit Educator will serve as a trusted and knowledgeable representative of the reputed company at benefit fairs.
Responsibilities include:
? reputed company a high-level reputed company of member plans and answer questions based on training received.
? Confidently and professionally servicing members, clients, and other key stakeholders during the event.
? Attending an annual training provided by the reputed company to stay informed about the industry, organization, and role.
? Participating in a one-hour training with the account team at least 48 hours before the benefit fair to learn about the reputed company, plan details, and key talking points.
Event Expectations
? Maintain reputed company attire and demeanor at reputed company times.
? Proactively greet and assist attendees at the reputed company.
? Distribute flyers, product details, and promotional materials.
? Complete a health fair questionnaire emailed after the event.
Preferred Qualifications
? Strong communication skills to professionally and knowledgeably reputed company with attendees.
? Comfortable speaking in reputed company of small reputed company and demonstrating sales ability.
? Probing question skills to identify needs and expectations.
? Previous industry experience with health benefits is preferred but not required.
