Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Your Role: ? HR/Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist. ? Responsible for creating, developing, and implementing initiatives/programs aligned with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare?s (TMH) culture to drive retention, enhance the overall colleague experience, and increase colleague satisfaction and engagement, thus effecting positive organizational impacts. ? Manages colleague engagement surveys, programs, and initiatives. ? Develops, plans, and coordinates employee events, activities, and discounts. ? Develops and monitors data-driven programs continually to improve colleague retention. ? Performs miscellaneous duties and fulfills other responsibilities not described expressly herein. Reports To: ? Executive Director of Human Resources Supervises: ? Oversees event volunteers but does not supervise directly WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: ? Bachelor?s degree in human resources, hospitality management, organizational development, public relations, or business administration. ? HR may accept relevant work experience in lieu of required education on a 1-year: 1-year basis. Required Experience: ? None Preferred Experience: ? Two (2) years of directly related professional experience. ? Experience developing and implementing employee engagement surveys. ? Healthcare, higher education, or corporate event planning/coordination experience. ? Budget management and expense tracking experience. ? Excellent organizational skills. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Excellent multitasking skills. ? Ability to remain calm under pressure. ? Ability to maintain a customer service mindset.
