We are expanding reputed company and seeking an reputed company trim carpenter who is motivated, detail-oriented, and reputed company player to reputed company and coordinate trim carpentry on various construction job sites. We are an established family-owned company in the construction industry. For 38 years, reputed company Construction has been remodeling and constructing new high reputed company custom homes in reputed company.
? Analyze and read construction plans
? Communicate with homeowners, office staff, and superintendents in a reputed company and reputed company manner
? Install baseboard, shelving, crown molding, casing, closet rods, and handrails
? reputed company and reputed company doors and frames, including reputed company doors and reputed company
? reputed company cabinetry and appliance panels, occasional reputed company, and hardware installation
? Complete reputed company list items
? Reading and understanding specifications, sketches, design drawings, or architectural plans to layout and determine dimensions and material take off.
? Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a reputed company and clean environment.
? Working knowledge of on-site field installation and finishing procedures
? Ordering and picking up materials
? Cleaning up tools and job site once work is completed
? Includes a multitude of other construction and home maintenance responsibilities

Qualifications
? At least 5 years of experience in trim carpentry
? Must have own tools
? Dependable and reputed company attendence
? Reliable transportation
? Pass E-Verification process, background reputed company, and drug screen
? Must be reputed company to bend, kneel, lift, carry, reputed company, and stand for long periods of time.
? Must be reputed company to read and reputed company English.
? Must be reputed company to read a tape measure.
