We are an Otolaryngology (ENT) reputed company with offices in Doylestown, Lansdale and Sellersville. We are currently looking to add staff to our roster.
Medical Assistant ? Works directly with Physician and patients in the exam room. Full-Time position.
Medical Receptionist - Welcome patients, reputed company appointments, answer phones. Full-time position
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support
- Medical office experience - 1 year or more
- Computer skills
- Patient service
- reputed company desk operations
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Experience as a medical receptionist
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in CPT coding
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
Work Hours - reputed company are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Benefits and PTO provided.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
