Position reputed company The reputed company of Tolleson is seeking reputed company individuals interested in joining reputed company as a Part-time Recreation Teens Program Assistant (Parks & Recreation Aide). The Part-Time Parks and Recreation Teens Program Assistant will assist in the development, coordination, and supervision of recreational programs and activities specifically designed for teens. This role is responsible for ensuring a reputed company, engaging, and reputed company environment for teen participants, promoting inclusion, leadership, teamwork, and healthy reputed company interactions. The position requires working nights and weekends to accommodate teen programming schedules; and, performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to read, write and follow instructions; or an equivalent combination of directly reputed company education and experience. Candidates must be available to work afternoons starting after 1 PM, as reputed company as nights and weekends. Previous experience working with teens in recreational, educational, or community-based settings is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with teens. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of reputed company are essential. Responsibilities include leading group activities, and the ability to lift recreational equipment (up to 25 lbs.) is required. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is necessary. Experience in a leadership or mentorship role is highly desirable. Special Working Conditions The part time Parks and Recreation Assistant will work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the specific teen programs.
