Molly?s House of Little Feet Child Care and Preschool is currently hiring for a Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Floaters at our facility located at 16540 North Porter Road in Maricopa, Arizona. Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children?s interests and needs. ? Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child?s day. ? Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines. ? Positively guiding children's behaviors. ? Exceeding the Department of Health's Child Care Licensing rules and regulations. ? Build responsive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and co-workers. ? Provide a safe, healthy, engaging learning environment to support the whole child. Lead Teacher: ? 6-month experience (minimum) verifiable experience working with children in a license facility. ? Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, CDA (Child Development Associate), Associate's Degree or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary education and/or related field ? Employment type: Full-time Assistant Teacher: ? Minimum of High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of eighteen (18) months of verifiable work experience with children in a group setting, 12 credit hours in early childhood education, elementary education and/or related field, and a minimum of six (6) months of verifiable experience working with children in a license facility, Or have training in early childhood education and a minimum of eighteen (18) months of verifiable work experience with children in a group setting ? At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required ? Copy of Driver's License ? Must pass a Criminal Background Check ? A negative TB test within the last 12 months ?
