Responsibilities: - Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Skills: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop layout - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Knowledge of electronics sales is beneficial - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Good phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
