About the position The Retail Market Manager at Comcast is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team across multiple retail locations. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability among employees. The manager will act as a subject matter expert in customer experience and brand representation, guiding store leadership to achieve financial and operational objectives aligned with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities ? Empower, motivate, and guide a team focused on superior customer service across multiple retail stores. , ? Drive sales performance and set the cultural tone of the market stores through expertise in customer experience. , ? Champion the Company brand and ensure merchandising meets retail channel expectations. , ? Develop and manage sales and profit goals for retail stores, ensuring optimal staffing and operational excellence. , ? Collaborate with local leadership to maintain alignment with market objectives and initiatives. Requirements ? 7 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development. , ? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. , ? Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively. , ? Experience in training and development of employees. , ? Ability to analyze situations and make sound, timely decisions. Nice-to-haves ? Experience in retail management or a similar role. , ? Familiarity with workforce management tools and platforms. , ?
