Responsibilities: ? Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. ? Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. ? Assisting residents with mobility and transfers, using reputed company lifting and transferring techniques. ? Providing emotional support and companionship to residents. ? Responding promptly to residents' needs and requests, ensuring their comfort and safety. ?
