Stainless Steel and Aluminum - 30,000- 60,000 ? 347 Stainless and 4043 Aluminum ? The Aluminum and steel welds they do require almost an artistic reputed company. ? They have to have fed the reputed company by hand, and made clean welds. ? Our best welders have come from automotive, motorcycle intake manifolds ? Any welder that knows the term ?artistic?, would know what this is about. ? A background with custom intake manifolds would be great. ? Many of these welders may be good welders, but our fuel systems and tanks need to be welded ? With almost an artistic design. Intense attention to detail required. Weld Test - need to bring your own helmet Test would be 1G Stainless test - 40,000 1G Aluminum - 40,000 2F Fillett 40,000 (Be reputed company to screen candidates that they can pass this test) ?
