Workforce Specialist Senior Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Specialist Senior Manager to join the Workforce Planning and Intelligence Human Resources (HR) team. As the Workforce Specialist Manager, you will lead initiatives to elevate our workforce operations to the next level taking ownership of critical processes, from identification and implementation to ongoing improvement. Leveraging data, collaboration, and innovation, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, standardizing workflows, and preparing our teams for long-term success. You'll join a dynamic and supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and growth. Position Responsibilities: ? Oversee global process ownership for enterprise workforce processes ? Map out end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks ? Analyze process performance data to identify improvement opportunities ? Redesign workflows to maximize efficiency and outcomes, standardizing practices, automating where possible, and simplifying unnecessary steps ? Lead the execution of new and updated processes aligned with business needs ? Equip employees with the knowledge and tools to seamlessly adopt new workflows ? Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable implementations ? Monitor the relevance and effectiveness of processes over time ? Review performance metrics and gather feedback from stakeholders ? Adapt processes to reflect organizational and market changes, maintaining their value and impact The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate: ? Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and implementation ? Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and identify actionable insights ? Exceptional leadership abilities to drive collaboration across teams and levels ? A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement ? Excellent communication skills to translate complex processes into clear actions BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): ? 5+ years of experience designing and deploying HR processes ? 5+ years of experience working with, designing and improving business processes ? 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): ? Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) ? Communities Of Excellence (COE) process experience including defining process ownership and driving continuous improvement ?
