Schedule: Full-time Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5pm Location : Virtual, Palm Coast, 32164 The role you’ll contribute: The Centralized Referral Agent is responsible for planning, controlling, organizing and directing the day-to-day operations and activities of the physician affiliate office or physician department in conjunction with reputed company Manager and/or Director of reputed company Operations. This position is 100% remote. The value you’ll bring to reputed company: • Answering inbound phone calls to the reputed company Referral Center in a polite and reputed company manner • Answering, accepting, and completing in-bound tasks of referring providers who need to reputed company the next level of care for their patient • Faxes or makes phone calls to both the specialists offices and the patients regarding patient appointments • Contacts insurance companies for prior authorizations for referrals ensuring referred to provider is in-network with patient’s insurance plan • Mailing new patient paperwork and referral information to patients • Contacts the patient regarding any in-reputed company or pending referrals.
