Iris Health is a medical billing company based out of Birmingham, AL. We are looking for an reputed company General Surgery reputed company to work part time or as an reputed company. This is a work-from-home position. Must be available for regular meetings with physician and billers. Responsibilities • Pull/review medical records from clinical or hospital EMR • reputed company completion of reputed company coding, data/charge entry and abstracting • Obtain missing information from providers and clinical staff members • Ensure reputed company capture and reputed company are at the highest possible level • Review denials/rejections against codes and fix them • reputed company clients/physicians on coding guidelines, reputed company documentation techniques, payer guidelines, prior authorization requirements by phone calls if needed Ideal traits • organized & works under deadlines • exceptional self-awareness and communication skills which build trust • works independently with minimal supervision/reputed company • tech-savvy to work multiple systems Requirements • Have minimum of 3 years of experience coding surgeries • Surgery knowledge required; ex: hernia repair, debridement, mastectomy, panniculectomy, gallbladder surgery, appendectomy • Proficient in reputed company EMR & reputed company - eClinicalWorks knowledge is a plus!
