Executive Assistant – Growing Investment Firm (Remote, EST or CST Preferred)

Our client, a rapidly growing investment firm is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior leaders. This role will also include light operational and administrative responsibilities as the firm continues its expansion. The team operates lean and fast-paced, offering a unique opportunity to join an exciting early-stage firm poised for significant growth. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments and are looking for a high-impact role with room to grow. 100% fully remote. Candidate must be located in the Central or Eastern Time zones. Key Responsibilities: • Calendar Management: Organize and optimize executive schedules to maximize efficiency; provide in-meeting support as needed. • Inbox Management: Monitor and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including logistics and itinerary planning. • Time & Resource Optimization: Track leadership's time allocation across projects and make strategic recommendations. • Operational Support: Assist in coordinating company resources, meetings, and workflow to enhance efficiency. • Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks: Support leadership by anticipating needs, handling miscellaneous tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Limited Travel (~5%): Occasionally travel for key team events, off-sites, and industry conferences. Qualifications & Experience: • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs • Tech-savvy – comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and CRM platforms • Bachelor's degree preferred Salary: $100-140K base + discretionary bonus The position will begin as a (1099) for the first two months before the fund officially launches.
