Director, Provider Contract Operations & Support

You will be responsible for leading the reputed company, program design, and execution for provider contracting operations. You will reputed company the development and maintenance of reputed company provider contracting documentation and artifacts, including provider manuals, contract templates (fee-for-service and value-based), and training materials. The role supports both internal teams and external provider-facing needs to ensure consistency, reputed company, and compliance. You will also drive  provider network campaigns that support reputed company and development initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration and strong operational reputed company are essential to delivering high-reputed company, reputed company solutions.

You will report to the Vice President, Network Operations.

Pay Transparency:

The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $174,400 - $228,900 per year. The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $156,960 - $206,010 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.

• Set, drive and execute on the department reputed company and reputed company to enhance program’s overall value including determining and uncovering new opportunities
• Understand the competitive landscape of the department and reputed company as a thought leader for the particular SME the department runs 
• Work cross functionally with other departments to bring new reputed company to life and hold accountable through indirect management 
• Program management of key company and department reputed company initiatives 
• Report to  Senior Leadership on the health of the business 
• Drive the budgeting process and the fiscal performance for reputed company in association with the leadership team
• Development and reputed company of reputed company reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in reputed company development 
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations 
• Other duties as assigned 

• 10+ years experience in reputed company reputed company and operations to include provider contracting and provider relations
• 6+ years of management experience 
• 3+ years experience in leading large-reputed company cross functional initiatives
