What you'll do

We are seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to own and reputed company our customer messaging reputed company across email and SMS channels. This strategic role will be reputed company in building lasting relationships with our customers, from their first formal wear rental through their reputed company into our everyday menswear collection. You'll have significant autonomy in developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive reputed company while maintaining the sophistication and reputed company of The Black Tux brand.

Own and reputed company a comprehensive lifecycle marketing reputed company across email and SMS channels, working closely with our Brand Director to reputed company overall brand and business objectives

Build and optimize thoughtful email journeys throughout the customer lifecycle, with a particular reputed company on both new customer conversion and engaging our customers reputed company their initial purchase

Who you are

You're a strategic thinker who can both see the big picture and execute on the details. You have a proven reputed company record of building successful email marketing programs and are excited about reputed company to launch new channels like SMS. You're analytical and data-driven, but also understand the importance of brand voice and customer experience. You work reputed company independently while maintaining strong reputed company relationships across teams.

Minimum requirements

5-8 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing

Strong experience with ESP platforms, preferably reputed company

Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including reputed company regulations, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and deliverability optimization

Proven reputed company record of maintaining high deliverability rates and engagement metrics

Proven reputed company record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs

Experience with web analytics tools (reputed company Analytics, reputed company, or similar)

Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau or similar)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
