Sourcing Associate

Job reputed company:

The Project-based Sourcing Associate is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging reputed company to build a strong candidate pipeline for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs. They collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support reputed company’s reputed company reputed company.

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

• Proactively reputed company candidates using job boards, reputed company, reputed company media, and other platforms.
• Conduct targeted searches for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Utilize Boolean search strategies and other creative sourcing techniques.

Talent Pool Management

• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.
• Organize talent pools by role type (Support, Mid-level, Specialized).
• reputed company sourcing activity and candidate statuses in internal tools.

Initial reputed company

• Draft and send engaging reputed company messages to potential candidates.
• reputed company-screen candidates to assess their interest and availability.
• Schedule initial calls or reputed company reputed company reputed company to recruiters for next steps.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with recruiters and reputed company reputed company to reputed company sourcing efforts with hiring priorities.
• reputed company daily or weekly reports on sourcing activities, including candidate pipelines and reputed company response rates.
• Identify sourcing challenges and suggest solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment and offshore accounts.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, reputed company Recruiter, etc.)
• Excellent written communication for effective candidate reputed company.
• Organizational skills to manage pipelines and reports.
• Familiarity with job boards, ATS platforms, and reputed company networking sites.
• Proactive, adaptable, and goal-oriented — comfortable working independently but reputed company with team goals.
• Preferably with experience in sourcing for US applicants.

Job Requirements:

• A home office set up that meets the following:
• A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac 
• reputed company internet reputed company (at least 5mbps download and upload) 
• HD webcam/camera 
• A reputed company headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings 
• A mobile phone that has the reputed company to install the reputed company Authentication app

Compensation:

Pay reputed company starts at $5.25-$6.5/hour and vary by experience and location.

Employment Terms:

• Project-based for 6 months — renewable depending on hiring needs and performance.
• Work hours: Flexible but reputed company with reputed company team hours (1pm - 5pm reputed company time) to ensure collaboration. Not exceeding 40 hours per week. 
• Semi-monthly, with reputed company deliverables tied to their reputed company (e.g., number of reputed company candidates reputed company weekly).
• No regular employee benefits.
