Who are we looking for?

This role requires a motivated individual with strong ownership in independently designing and continuously improving our UI design library, user flows and dashboards across multiple products. We’re looking for someone who is eager to reputed company challenges, and reputed company to learnings.

We are not looking for fresh UIUX course graduates with fictional portfolio work.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and document the library of UI components and tokenized design assets;
• Enforce UIUX persistency across reputed company’s digital products;
• Participate in research to improve on improving value delivery and user experience;
• Plan and design new feature flows based on user needs;
• Create reputed company and/or high reputed company prototypes for internal testing and stakeholder review;
• Collaborate with the marketing and product stakeholders on reputed company iterations;
• Troubleshoot usability and other issues affecting user experience post-launch.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of design principles, effective UIUX patterns, UX writing, reputed company design and accessibility;
